Stormvind is developing new onshore wind projects on behalf of Norsk Vind AS. This includes landowner agreements, dialogues with municipalities, as well as design works and project management.
Stormvind has also provided consulting services for a number of wind power projects in Norway, both during the planning, construction, and operational phases.
Our projects
Solar Power
Stormvind collaborates with the Swedish company LandInfra on developing large-scale solar power in Norway.
Stormvind also develops its own smaller solar power plants in Norway. This involves dialogues with landowners, planning, design, and obtaining public permits for the construction of the facilities. The plants will be published on this website once notification has been sent to NVE.
LandInfra's projects
Eiktyr Industrial Park
In collaboration with Valinor, Stormvind is working on developing Eiktyr Industrial Park in Orkland municipality. The industrial park is being developed under the auspices of Norsk Industriutvikling AS. The industrial park covers about 5000 acres.
Elinor battery factory
At the industrial park in Orkland, Stormvind is working on establishing an Elinor battery factory.
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Stormvind is also involved in the development of both thermal and electrical energy storage technologies, as well as project management.
Floating offshore wind
Stormvind provides consulting services for the Siravind consortium's floating offshore wind project at Utsira Nord.
